DELIVERY: Log bundles are delivered to site by tractor trailer from the factory. Bundles contain pre-cut, pre-numbered logs. Accompanying the shipment are bundles sheets indicating the number of logs, the size and what each bundle contains.

Log bundles are placed to provide easy access to the actual erection area. Log bundles are placed on wood pieces to keep them off the ground. The banding should be broken as soon as the bundles are unloaded.

 If the lot has enough slope, a basement  garage is an excellent and much more economical choice than the construction of a separate standing garage..

In this case the lot was perfect for the day light basement, which housed a three car garage. If no garage is to be built, a basement remains the most conscious use of square footage. Again, the lot must accommodate the exit on ground level from the basement.
