basement walls are at least ten
feet high from floor to top.
This allows space for heat and
air ducts. A suspended ceiling
eight feet in height is then

The manufacturer is Superior
Walls. The walls were built in
the factory, loaded onto a
tractor trailer and delivered to
the site. The factory furnished
the erection crew. |

Construction time of the walls
was only one day. The Superior
Wall is water-proof, window and
door openings are already cut,
insulated, guaranteed and most
of all more economical than a
concrete block foundation. |
